1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NGPage, operated by NGPage Dotcom Limited (“NGPage,” “we,” “us”), RC - 9666459. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to bind that business.
2. Description of Service
NGPage provides a website builder that lets businesses create and publish websites without code, and a business directory where those businesses can be discovered by customers. Features, templates, and plan limits may change over time.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@ngpage.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are shown in Naira and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For details on refunds and cancellations, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your Content & Website
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your NGPage website and directory listing (text, images, business information). By uploading content, you grant NGPage a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service — including showing your listing in directory search results.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
6. Acceptable Use
Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out prohibited content and conduct. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
The NGPage platform, including its templates, software, branding, and underlying code, is owned by NGPage Dotcom Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription gives you a licence to use the platform to build and operate your website — it doesn't transfer ownership of the platform itself.
8. Directory Listings
Creating a website through NGPage may automatically generate or update a corresponding directory listing. You can request corrections or removal of your listing by contacting support@ngpage.com. We may also list publicly available business information sourced independently of user submissions, in which case businesses may request verification, correction, or removal.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party providers (for example, payment processing, domain registration, hosting, or email/SMS delivery). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms, and we're not responsible for their acts or omissions.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or for non-payment of fees due. On termination, your website may be taken offline; we recommend exporting any content you wish to keep beforehand.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGPage Dotcom Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NGPage Dotcom Limited harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@ngpage.com.
