Welcome to NGPage ("NGPage," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by NGPAGE DOTCOM LIMITED (RC: 9666459). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ngpage.com, our website builder, business directory, and any related tools, features, or services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the Services. By using NGPage, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or, where applicable, a business or organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

Notify us immediately at contact@ngpage.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. NGPage is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

NGPage provides tools to design, build, and publish websites. You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or publish through the Services, including text, images, and business information ("User Content").

By publishing User Content, you grant NGPage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Businesses listed on the NGPage directory are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, including contact details, descriptions, and operating status. NGPage does not independently verify all listing information and is not liable for inaccuracies submitted by listing owners.

We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, contains misleading information, or is reported as fraudulent.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Services
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the platform or other users
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of NGPage or any third party
• Use the Services for any purpose that violates applicable Nigerian or international law

Certain features of the Services, including premium website plans and directory placements, may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise indicated and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the point of purchase.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers before changes take effect on renewal.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way that harms NGPage, other users, or third parties.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@ngpage.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NGPage makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, and disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGPAGE DOTCOM LIMITED and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
