Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 08, 2026

1. Billing Cycle

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can view your next billing date from your account dashboard.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting support@ngpage.com. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period — your plan remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

3. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be confident in choosing NGPage. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided your account has not significantly consumed paid services or violated these Terms.

Refunds are generally not available for renewals, partial subscription periods, custom development services, domain name registrations, third-party fees, or any optional add-on services that have already been provisioned or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds are typically returned within 5–14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain name registration fees, once the domain has been registered with the registrar.
  • Fees already paid to third-party providers on your behalf (e.g. SMS/WhatsApp credits, payment processing fees).
  • Partial-month usage on monthly plans.

5. Downgrades & Plan Changes

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll retain access to your current plan's features until then. Some features (such as premium templates or listing placements) may become unavailable immediately if they're exclusive to a higher tier.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. We'd rather resolve billing issues directly — reach out first and we'll sort it out.

7. Contact

Billing questions can be sent to billing@ngpage.com.
