Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you can and can't do with your NGPage website and directory listing. It applies to all users of the Service and is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not use NGPage to host, publish, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal under Nigerian law or the law of your target audience.
• Infringes on someone else's intellectual property, trademark, or copyright.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes a scam (including fake business listings).
• Contains malware, phishing links, or code intended to harm users or systems.
• Is hateful, harassing, or incites violence against individuals or groups.
• Is sexually explicit or exploits minors in any way.
• Promotes unlicensed gambling, unregistered financial schemes, or restricted goods (e.g. firearms, controlled substances) without the required licences.

• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-extracting directory data without permission.
• Creating fake accounts, fake reviews, or fake directory listings.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or subscription tier restrictions.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through any Service feature.
• Impersonating another business, person, or NGPage itself.
• Interfering with the Service's normal operation, including through excessive automated requests.

Directory listings must accurately represent a real, operating business. Business names, categories, locations, and contact details must be truthful and kept up to date. We may remove or correct listings that appear inaccurate, duplicated, or fraudulent.

Violating this Policy may result in content removal, listing suspension, account suspension, or termination, depending on severity. Where required by law, we may also report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

If you come across content or a listing that appears to violate this Policy, report it to abuse@ngpage.com with as much detail as possible.
